Listing Your Services as a Provider

How coaches and trainers can create marketplace listings and start accepting bookings.

If you're a coach, trainer, or sports professional, the PlayerAid Marketplace lets you list your services, set your availability, and accept bookings — all from within the app. Before you can accept payments, you'll need to connect a Stripe account.

Creating a Listing

  1. Tap Marketplace in the bottom navigation
  2. Tap My Services → + Create Listing
  3. Fill in the listing details:

Service Title

Be specific and descriptive. Examples:

  • "1-on-1 Quarterback Mechanics Session"
  • "Speed & Agility Training — 60-min Group (up to 4 athletes)"
  • "Basketball Shooting Form Analysis + Drill Plan"

Category

Choose the category that best fits your service:

  • Private Training / Skills
  • Group Training
  • Film Review & Analysis
  • Speed, Agility & Conditioning
  • Mental Performance
  • Recruiting Consultation
  • Nutrition & Recovery
  • Other

Description

Write 2–4 paragraphs covering:

  • What athletes will work on in the session
  • Your background and why you're qualified to teach this
  • What athletes need to bring or prepare
  • What results athletes can expect

Pricing

Set a price per session. You can also offer package pricing (e.g., 5 sessions for a discounted rate) by creating separate listings for each option.

Session Duration

Select how long each session runs (30 min, 45 min, 60 min, 90 min, 2 hours).

Location

Specify where sessions take place:

  • A physical address (gym, field, facility)
  • "Virtual" for online sessions
  1. Tap Save Draft to review before publishing, or Publish to make it live immediately

Setting Your Availability

After publishing a listing, set when you're available to be booked:

  1. From your listing page, tap Manage Availability
  2. Select the days and time ranges you're available each week
  3. Block off specific dates when you're unavailable (holidays, travel, etc.)
  4. Tap Save

Athletes can only book during your open availability windows. You can update availability at any time.

Managing Your Provider Profile

Your provider profile is separate from your athlete profile and is what clients see when browsing the marketplace:

  • Go to Marketplace → My Provider Profile
  • Add a professional bio, credentials, and certifications
  • Add your specialty sports and coaching philosophy
  • Upload a professional headshot if you haven't already

A complete provider profile significantly increases booking rates. Treat it like a professional portfolio.


Your Listing Goes Live

Once published, your listing appears in marketplace search results. You'll be discoverable to all PlayerAid users searching for your service type and location.


Common Questions

Can I have multiple listings? Yes. Create as many listings as you have distinct services to offer.

Can I pause or unpublish a listing? Yes. From your listing, tap Edit → Unpublish. The listing is hidden from search but preserved. Republish it anytime.

What fees does PlayerAid charge? PlayerAid charges a platform fee on completed bookings. The exact fee percentage is displayed when you set up your listing and again before you confirm each booking. Stripe also charges its standard payment processing fee.

Do I need a Coach account to list services? Yes. Marketplace service listings are available to Coach and Business account types.
