For account help, billing questions, technical issues, and platform questions:

Include the following in your message to help us respond faster:
- Your account email address
- A description of the issue
- Steps you already tried
- Any error messages you saw (screenshots are helpful)
- The device and operating system you're using (e.g., iPhone 15 / iOS 18)
We aim to respond to all support requests within 1 business day.
Reporting a Bug
Found something that doesn't work as expected? We want to know.
Email: support@playeraid.org with the subject line "Bug Report"
Please include:
- What you were trying to do
- What happened instead
- Whether you can reproduce it consistently
- Your device model and OS version
Legal and Privacy Requests
For formal legal notices, DMCA takedown requests, or privacy-related inquiries:

Data access, correction, and deletion requests are handled under our Privacy Policy. We respond to verifiable requests within 30 days.
Reporting Inappropriate Content or Conduct
If you see content that violates our Terms of Service or guidelines:
- Open the content (profile, message, listing)
- Tap the ⋯ (More) button
- Tap Report
- Select the reason and add any details
- Tap Submit
Reports are reviewed by our team, typically within 24–48 hours.
